THE WHO
Cortney Park here! I’m a project manager, an avid book reader, a film enthusiast, a crafter, and a modern calligrapher. I enjoy live music, sports, good books, and dry humor (the Brits, they get me). I am a long-suffering Mizzou Tiger fan.

THE WHAT & WHERE & WHEN
I am the Senior Manager of Creative Services with Sporting Kansas City. I graduated from the University of Missouri in 2013. After graduation, I moved to San Diego and soaked up the sun as I began my design career. In 2016, I moved back to Kansas City to be close to my family and fell into the crazy world of sports design. It is constantly changing, which is exciting. I have grown from Junior Designer to my current role at Sporting KC over 6 seasons.

THE WHY
I am disciplined and detailed, and I embody a can-do attitude. I believe, in the words of Milton Glaser, that "design is the process of going from an existing condition to a preferred one." Great designers are problem solvers, not artists; I love solving problems. I use my brain's creative and analytical parts in my role. With a background in design and a love of marketing and organization/process, I help our department meet its goals.
